Coinciding with President Hu's US state visit, the Chinese government is
using Esperanto to launch a new global campaign to boost China's image.
A major feature of the campaign is a 30-second commercial to be aired on
mainstream international media. It presents a multi-dimensional and
vivid image of Chinese people. In addition, a 15-minute film will be
screened at Chinese embassies at major events.
